Celebrate National Trails Day at Mountain Lake!

Schedule of Events:
(Please meet on hotel veranda 5 minutes prior to departure for all guided trips)

10:00 am - Trail-related vendors open up on Front Lawn

10:30 am - Guided Family Hike to Bald Knob - 2 mile hike round trip
* Hosted by the Appalachian Trail Conservancy, complimentary Leki poles to all participating kids (up to 20)

10:30 am - Guided Naturalist Hike to the Old Golf Course: 3 mile hike roundtrip

11:30 am - Blue Ridge Mountain Sports Clinic - Family Camping 101
(Front Lawn)

11:30 am - Food available on property ($)
(You may bring your own picnic but you must pack it in, pack it out.)

12:30 pm - Guided Mountain Bike Ride on MLC trail system: 3 - 5 mile ride
*Limited to 8 participants

2:00 pm - Event Ends
