Sunday - 2nd Annual Dirty Dawg Mountain Bike Race
New & rugged high-country race course, 4,000’ avg. elevation, miles of technical single-track, fast & winding descents, in-your-face climbs (over 2,370’ of elevation gain per lap), beautiful fern covered, sub-alpine terrain, and plenty of rocks to test your skills and endurance.
The 'Beginner Course' will offer a taste of the challenges available up here at Mountain Lake without overwhelming riders new to the sport - but come prepared to find your limits.
The 'Dirty Dawg Course' is a 15 mile figure eight loop that will challenge even the most experienced racers. Coyotes will see the second half of the figure eight twice.
Look for a full color course description to be posted here soon.
Classes:
- Lap Dawgs = 8 miles on the Beginner Course
- Yard Dawgs = 1 Lap on 15 mile ‘Dirty Dawg Course'
- Coyotes = 1.5 Laps on 15 mile ‘Dirty Dawg Course'
